MOVING GUIDE
Packing & Labeling
Good packing reduces confusion, damage risk and unnecessary handling during loading and unloading.
Use appropriate boxes
- Use smaller boxes for dense items and larger boxes for light bulky items.
- Do not leave empty space around fragile contents.
- Avoid damaged or weakened cartons for heavy items.
Label clearly
Add the destination room and handling notes to more than one side of each box.
Pack an essentials kit
Keep medication, documents, chargers, basic toiletries, keys and immediate-use items with you.
Special items
Artwork, mirrors, electronics and other fragile or high-value items may need specialized materials or separate handling.
Scope reminder: Confirm the actual written service scope, price, dates, access assumptions and responsibility for packing/disassembly before scheduling.
